Session Data: When you connect to a TikTok LIVE stream, we process event data from the stream. For authenticated users who use the dashboard, we may store aggregated summaries of this data (e.g., total diamonds, new followers for a session) for your reporting purposes.
Technical Information: We do not use cookies for tracking, but we may log standard technical information, such as IP addresses, for security and fraud prevention purposes.

4. How We Handle TikTok Data

Our service interacts with the TikTok LIVE API on your behalf to receive public event data from a stream. We only process data that is publicly available from the stream you choose to connect to. We are not affiliated with TikTok and we do not share your private account information with TikTok, nor do we receive private information from them.

The data processed from TikTok is used solely to provide the features of LiveTix, such as the live dashboard and event triggers. We do not store raw event streams. We only store aggregated summaries for your personal analytics.

You have control over your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also view and manage your uploaded files and configurations directly within the application dashboard.
